Services
DJ Auto Care Detailing provides mobile car detailing services. Services and results may vary depending on the condition of the vehicle.
Bookings & Access
Customers must ensure safe access to the vehicle at the agreed time and location. Access to water and power may be required unless otherwise agreed.
Pricing & Vehicle Condition
Prices are based on the information provided at booking. Additional charges may apply for heavily soiled vehicles, excessive pet hair, stains, or conditions requiring extra time and products. Any changes will be discussed before work continues.
Cancellations
We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Pre-existing Damage
DJ Auto Care Detailing is not responsible for pre-existing damage, including but not limited to scratches, worn paint, faded trim, loose fittings, or fragile interior components.
Satisfaction
Any concerns should be raised at the time of service so they can be addressed immediately. Refunds are not provided once the service has been completed unless otherwise agreed.
Weather Conditions
Mobile detailing services are weather dependent. In unsafe or unsuitable conditions, appointments may be rescheduled to ensure quality and safety.
Liability
All services are carried out with reasonable care and skill. DJ Auto Care Detailing will not be held liable for issues arising from pre-existing conditions or normal wear and tear.
