Booking & Payment

Booking is simple.
Message us on WhatsApp (fastest) or use the Contact page. Please include your postcode and the package you’re interested in.

We currently accept cash and bank transfer. Payment is taken once the job is complete unless agreed otherwise.

We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations may affect priority booking availability.

Yes. If we’re detailing two or more vehicles at the same location, we can offer discounted pricing. Message us for a custom quote.

Services & On-the-day

Yes - we’ll need access to a standard outdoor tap and a plug socket.
We’ll bring all products and equipment. If access is a problem, message us first and we’ll advise what’s possible.

It depends on the package and condition of the car — we’ll give you an estimated time when you book.

Light rain is fine, but for best results we may reschedule if conditions aren’t suitable.

Pet hair removal and heavy stain treatment can be done, but they’re charged as extras depending on severity and time required. Please contact us before we start for a quick quote.
